Active Membership Application - Offered to those who hold registration with a recognized credentialing organization in medical imaging technology.  Must include a copy of your ARRT card or equivalent.

Associate Membership Application - Offered to those who show an interest in promoting the purposes and functions of the OSRT.

Student Membership Application - Offered to those enrolled in an accredited medical imaging program.  Credentialed RT's are not eligible for student membership.
