Penn-Hu-Mac-Par-Gill Lecture 2019

Each year the Ohio Society of Radiologic Technologists sponsors the Past Presidents Honors Lecture, formally called the Penn-Hu-Mac-Par Lecture. The Lecture series was established in 1966 to pay tribute to three members of the Ohio Society of Radiologic Technologists who have served their profession as president of the American Society of Radiologic Technologists. In 1990, the Ohio Society honored its fourth member who served as national president. In 2015, the Ohio Society honored its fifth member who served as national president. These technologists are:

Rubygrant Pennell, R.T., 1954
W. Jay Huston, R.T., 1961
Roland C. McGowan, R.T., 1964
Joan Parsons, R.T., 1989
Julie Gill, R.T., 2014

Selection as the Past Presidents Honors Lecturer (Penn-Hu-Mac-Par-Gill Lecturer) is one of the highest honors bestowed upon an individual by the Ohio Society of Radiologic Technologists.
