Vendor shall be fully responsible for the copyright of all art and graphics submitted on the part of the Vendor and Vendor grants OSRT permission for the use of the art/graphics according to the terms of the advertising option selected. Vendor agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the OSRT, their owners, managers, officers or directors, agents, employees, subsidiaries and affiliates, from any copyright infringement resulting from Vendor's use of art/graphics posted or used by the OSRT in conjunction with the Vendor sponsorship option for the 2021 Virtual meeting. Vendor's liability shall include all losses, costs, damages, or expenses arising from, out of, or by reason of any copyright infringements.
