Sponsor shall be fully responsible for the copyright of all art and graphics submitted, and the Sponsor grants the OSRT permission for the use of the art/graphics according to the terms of the advertising option selected. Sponsor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the OSRT, managers, officers, or directors, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates, from any copyright infringement resulting from Sponsor's use of art/graphics posted or used by the OSRT in conjunction with the Sponsor option for the OSRT Virtual Education Session. Sponsor's liability shall include all losses, costs, damages, or expenses arising from, out of, or by reason of any copyright infringements.
Be sure to email the 30-second video or the static PowerPoint slides (no more than 4) to osrt@osrt.org. If sponsoring the entire CE session, please review and complete the Web Advertising Media Kit and Web Advertising Contract.
