Annual Meeting Sponsor-Exhibitor Application

Mark your calendars for the 2025 OSRT Annual Meeting on September 26 and 27 at the University of Cincinnati Blue Ash College. Don't hesitate to contact Lauren Huffman, Operations Manager, at osrt@osrt.org with questions. The deadline to apply is September 12. A $50 charge will be imposed for cancellations after September 12.

The exhibitor shall be fully responsible for paying for all damages to property owned by the hosting venue, its owners, or managers resulting from any act or omission of the Exhibitor. Exhibitor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the hosting facility and the OSRT, their owners, managers, officers or directors, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any damages or charges resulting from Exhibitor's use of the property. Exhibitor's liability shall include all losses, costs, damages, or expenses arising from, out of, or by reason of any accident or bodily injury or other occurrences to any person or persons, including the Exhibitor, its agents, employees, and business invitees which arise from or out of the Exhibitor's occupancy and use of the exhibition premises, the facility or any part thereof. Neither the OSRT nor the hosting venue is responsible for equipment/items left unattended.
