Annual Meeting Sponsor-Exhibitor Application

Sponsor registration for the Annual Meeting will be open from June 1 to September 15, 2026.

Mark your calendars for the 2026 OSRT Annual Meeting on September 25 and 26 at the Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital. Due to limited space, sponsor opportunities will be virtual for this meeting. Don't hesitate to contact Lauren Huffman, Operations Manager, at osrt@osrt.org with questions.

Sponsor shall be fully responsible for the copyright of all art and graphics submitted, and the Sponsor grants the OSRT permission for the use of the art/graphics according to the terms of the advertising option selected. Sponsor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the OSRT, managers, officers, or directors, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates, from any copyright infringement resulting from Sponsor's use of art/graphics posted or used by the OSRT in conjunction with the Sponsor option for the OSRT Virtual Education Session. Sponsor's liability shall include all losses, costs, damages, or expenses arising from, out of, or by reason of any copyright infringements.
