Student exhibitors, mark your calendars for the 2026 Educator and Student Symposium on April 9 and 10 at the Ohioan Hotel and Conference Center (100 Green Meadows Drive South, Lewis Center, OH). You must complete this form to request a table to use for selling program-related materials. For questions, contact Lauren Huffman, Operations Manager, at osrt@osrt.org. The deadline to apply is March 15. Student table requests are limited to the 1st five (5) paid requests.
The exhibitor shall be fully responsible for paying for all damages to property owned by the hosting hotel, its owners, or managers resulting from any act or omission of the Exhibitor. Exhibitor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the hosting hotel and the OSRT, their owners, managers, officers or directors, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any damages or charges resulting from Exhibitor's use of the property. Exhibitor's liability shall include all losses, costs, damages, or expenses arising from, out of, or by reason of any accident or bodily injury or other occurrences to any person or persons, including the Exhibitor, its agents, employees, and business invitees which arise from or out of the Exhibitor's occupancy and use of the exhibition premises, the Hotel or any part thereof. The OSRT asks for donations of items (tumblers, t-shirts, gift cards, tote bags, etc.) that can be used as giveaways during the meeting. The OSRT manages all prize giveaways. Neither the OSRT nor the hosting hotel is responsible for equipment/items left unattended on vendor tables.
