Leadership Academy Criteria
- OSRT members must submit the online application by May 15, 2024, along with a PDF file of their resume that includes OSRT and/or ASRT activities, e.g., committee participation, if applicable.
- The Academy is limited to no more than 15 OSRT members in an intimate session with individual attention.
- During the session, participants will be assigned to serve as a member of an existing OSRT committee and will continue to work with that committee throughout the next year.

- Governance in a Nonprofit Organization
- Lunch Break
- Serving on a Volunteer Board of Directors
- Financial Analysis
- Recruitment, Membership, and Committee Structure
- Wrap-up @ 4:30 PM
Saturday, June 22, 2024 (In-person at the Westerville Medical Campus 10AM – 4:30PM)
- Leadership Styles
- Introduction to Strategic Planning
- Lunch break
- Development and Use of a SWOT Analysis
- Communication and Transparency
- Post-Test, Evaluation, and Debriefing @ 4:30 PM
