Some activities are planned for Wednesday evening including an "Educators Gathering" and continuing on Thursday and Friday, April 9 &10, 2026. Hotel Room Block Details
We're all set to make room reservations via phone at 614-880-4300. Use Group Code CHECK BACK SOON. A link to reserve online will be available soon. The room rate is $174 + tax. Avoid third-party booking sites such as Expedia or Orbitz to ensure reservations are placed in the OSRT room block. Guest room reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to check-in to avoid a penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival will be charged one night’s room and tax. The group rate cutoff date is Monday, March 9, 2026. After this date, room availability and group rates are no longer guaranteed.
The program includes continuing education sessions, student certification exam review sessions, educator topics, an Educators' Gathering on Wednesday evening, the Roy Bell Memorial Educator’s Luncheon, the Philip W. Ballinger Student Self-assessment Exam, the Clinical Case Study Presentation Competition (on Wednesday, April 8), and the famous Quiz Bowl. It's a bowl of fun, with learning and networking at the same time! Educational session CE approval is pending from the ASRT, and some sessions will be awarded ARRT credit for CQR and post-primary education.

Once you have made your registration selections for optional special events, the final charges will be displayed prior to selecting your payment method. You may pay by credit card, use your PayPal account, or pay later by mailing a check or money order.
