We're all set to make room reservations via the phone at 614-880-4300. Use Group Code 409059. You may use this link to make reservations. Place this code 409059in the Group ID box. Avoid third-party booking sites like Expedia or Orbitz to make sure reservations are placed in the OSRT room block. Guest room reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to check-in to avoid a penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival will be charged one night’s room and tax. The group rate cutoff date is Monday, March 9, 2026. After this date, room availability and group rates are no longer guaranteed.
The program includes continuing education sessions with certification exam review sessions for students, educator topics, the Roy Bell Memorial Educator’s Luncheon, the Philip W. Ballinger Student Self-assessment Exam, the Clinical Case Study Competition (on Wednesday, April 8), and the famous Quiz Bowl! It's a bowl of fun, with learning and networking at the same time! Educational sessions CE approval is pending from the ASRT, and some sessions will be awarded credit from the ARRT for CQR and post-primary education.
