Come and Celebrate with Colleagues at the 2026 Annual Meeting of OSRT!

The 85th Annual Meeting of OSRT will be held at Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital in Canton Ohio. Plan now to join colleagues on Friday, September 25 and Saturday, September 26, 2026.

How to Register for the Meeting: All meeting registrations must be completed online. For special circumstances or questions, call OSRT at 440-382-5607. After reading the following instructions, click the Register Now link at the bottom of this page to complete the online registration process. Register before September 12 to avoid a $50 late fee. Once you have made your registration selections for optional special events, the final charges will be displayed before you select your payment method. You may pay by credit card, use your PayPal account, or pay later by mailing a check or money order.

Refund/Cancellation Policy: Requests for a refund must be received by September 12, 2026. Refunds will be issued based on your original payment method, and a 20% processing fee will be deducted. 1. For OSRT Members: First, log in at the top of this page before you click the registration link below. You already have an account with a username and password. Please do not create a new account if you have trouble logging in to your existing account. This causes duplicate records in our system. If you have forgotten your username and/or password, click "Forgot your password?" or "Forgot your username?" to recover your information. After logging in using the login button at the top of this page, go to Steps 4 & 5 below to review info and to click the Register Now button.
2.  For Non-members:If you have previously registered for an OSRT event as a non-member, you already have an online account and must use your existing account to log on. Use the forgot my password or forgot my user name links to access your existing account. If you have not registered for an OSRT event, click the link below to complete your online registration. If you are a member of another State Society, we offer reciprocity for meeting fees for member registration fees. 
3. For all attendees: Be sure to book your hotel room, hurry, don't be left out! There are several nearby hotel links listed in the brochure. Book your room today.
