The Bureau of Environmental Health and Radiation Protection has posted proposed amendments to Medical Radiation-Generating Equipment rules of the Ohio Administrative Code for public comment. These proposed amendments were reviewed by the Radiation-Generating Equipment Committee (REC) and other members of the public attending the REC meetings. The draft proposed amendments to the rules can be found at ODH Rule Drafts 3701 1-66.

All comments received will be considered by the REC and the Ohio Department of Health, for relative changes to the proposed rules. Following this action, the rules will then move through the formal adoption process.
