REFUND POLICY

Membership Refunds
The OSRT will issue refunds for memberships canceled within 30 days after the new membership application or membership renewal is processed.

Conferences and Event Refunds
The OSRT accepts cancellations of event registration if submitted at least 7 days prior to the start of the conference. Refunds will be issued based on your original method of payment, and a $50.00 cancellation fee will be deducted. No refund, full or partial, will be made after that date.
