Expectations of elected Directors

Required to attend:

• Leadership Academy, if not previously attended, held on June 20 
• Annual Meeting in September; fees to be determined.
• Board meetings during the term of office:
  • Pre-Annual Board meeting: Thursday, September 24
  • Annual Meeting: Friday and Saturday, September 25-26
  • Post-Annual virtual meeting: October 
  • First mid-year: February 
  • Pre-Symposium: April
  • Symposium: April
  • Second mid-year: July
  • Chair, vice-chair, or be an apprentice on a committee. Committees meet at the discretion of the chairperson--face-to-face or virtually.
• Participate in additional committee work
• Term commitment is 3 years.

The OSRT is now accepting nominations for Board of Directors (September 2026 - September 2029), President-Elect, and Technologist of the Year Award.
